Neil\u00a0has nearly 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing across a variety of sectors from agriculture to electronic consumer goods. He has built commercial relationships with customers from farmers to corporate heavy weights, JB HiFi and Westpac. Nearly five years ago, he invested in and ran one of Bunbury’s biggest carwashes, Titanium Wash Pelican Point.<\/p>\n
Since January 2020 Renard Group has purchased three Metro carwash locations and lead the purchase all but one of the carwash enterprises in the Midwest town of Geraldton as well as two washes in Albany in WA’s Great Southern Region.<\/p>\n
Neil\u00a0joined the Board of the Australian Carwash Association in 2017 as the WA based Director and has been the Association’s President since late 2018. During his tenure he has been actively involved with guiding and working beside the Executive Team in lobbying governments for access to water up and down the east coast, negotiating Covid rules and regulations with various state government bodies, been instrumental in gaining grant support funding and renegotiating water access fees in Queensland.<\/p>\n
In 2019 and 2022 he attended the International Carwash Show in Nashville as a Guest of the International Carwash Association. The show annually has nearly 10,000 attendees over 3 days and an uncover showroom area of some 30,000 sqm. It is a showcase of the worlds biggest and best suppliers and operators all in one location.\u00a0 Of particular interest on the most recent trip is the adaption of US point of sale and database technology offerings available for the Australian market to help operators engage more deeply with customers and drive industry growth.
